Registration fees are as follows (all the prices are in Euros).

 

Regular participants:

  • before – 31st March 2018 – 450€
  • after – 1st April 2018 – 500 €

Students:

  • before – 31st March 2018 – 200 €
  • after – 1st April 2018 – 280 €

Accompanying persons:

  • before – 31st March 2018 – 250 €
  • after – 1st April 2018 – 300 €

Visa letter

A letter of invitation can be provided upon request for the registered conference participants. Please contact the Local Committee if you require an invitation letter.

 

Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference, registration and operation of the Conference website.
Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants:

  • first name,
  • family name,
  • address of residence,
  • e-mail,
  • phone number,
  • correspondence address.

The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received by 30th of April 2018. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
